YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy.

How information is handled across this website and the apps covered below.

Effective September 20, 2026

1. Overview

Zachery Gentry (“I,” “me,” or “my”) provides this website and the apps that link to this policy. It currently covers Toss the Pigs. App-specific details below supplement the shared information. Apps with different features or data practices will need their own details or a separate policy.

2. Information and how it is used

Support messages. When you email me, I receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, device details, screenshots, and a description of an issue. I use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and handle privacy requests.

Website requests. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser or network information to deliver pages, maintain security, and prevent abuse. This website does not include advertising, analytics scripts, account registration, or tracking cookies set by me.

App information. Apps may store preferences on your device and use service providers for features you choose to use. The information involved in Toss the Pigs is described below.

3. Toss the Pigs

On your device. The app stores settings such as audio and accessibility preferences, your chosen online display name, cosmetic selections and unlocks, and local throw presets and diagnostic records. Throw records can include timestamps, physics settings, and roll results. These local records are not automatically uploaded by the app’s gameplay code.

Online play. Creating or joining a room initializes Unity Gaming Services and uses anonymous Unity Authentication and Unity Relay. Unity creates a player identifier and authentication credentials and processes connection information, including IP addresses, to connect players. Anonymous sign-in does not ask you for an email or password; the identifier still distinguishes a player.

Information shared in a room. Your chosen display name and game information, including player membership, scores, throws, and cosmetic selections, are sent through the multiplayer connection and shared with the other players. Use a nickname instead of personal information. Room codes should be shared only with people you want to invite.

Local play. Local and computer play do not initialize the online multiplayer services. The current app does not integrate advertising or Unity Analytics. Unity engine and service software may process technical device, application, and diagnostic information under Unity’s privacy notices.

4. Sharing and service providers

I do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information is handled by providers where needed to operate the site, deliver online play, and respond to email. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the services.

  • Cloudflare — website delivery and security.
  • Unity — game engine and online multiplayer services.
  • Google / Gmail — support and privacy correspondence.

These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices explain their own practices and applicable safeguards.

5. Keeping and protecting information

Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve requests, maintain relevant support records, and meet legal obligations. Service providers retain information under their applicable policies and service requirements. Local app information remains on your device until removed or overwritten; operating-system backups may retain copies.

I use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Please limit support messages to information necessary to explain your request.

6. Your choices and requests

You can play locally without using online rooms and change your display name and preferences in the app. Device settings may let you clear app data; removing an app and its data can remove locally stored settings and records, depending on your operating system and backups.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information, email zacherygentry@gmail.com. Include the app name and describe your request. I may need additional information to locate records or verify that the request relates to you. Please contact me before removing local app data if you need help identifying an anonymous online profile.

Removing local app data does not automatically delete records held by online providers. I will handle requests for information under my control and help direct requests involving providers as appropriate. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a copy of data, or complain to a data protection authority. Where applicable, information is processed to provide requested services, for legitimate operational and security interests, to meet legal duties, or with consent where required.

7. Children’s privacy

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through support correspondence. Parents or guardians who believe a child has shared personal information should contact me so I can review and address it. Online features process the information described above; players should avoid using real names or sharing personal details.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app features, providers, or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or app as appropriate.

9. Contact
